At VivaciousV, we strive to provide the best training services possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Refund Eligibility

Training Services: Refunds are available for training services if requested within 7 days of the purchase date provided that this is at least 15 days prior to the date of the training. No refunds will be given after 15 days prior tot he training date.

Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

Services that have already been rendered.

Digital products or materials that have been downloaded or accessed.
4. Refund Process

Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, we will process your refund within 15 days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
