What is VivaciousV Learning Edge?
VivaciousV Learning Edge is a learning and development consultancy specialising in regulated environments. We help organisations and professionals build understanding of regulatory requirements, strengthen compliance capability, and develop leadership that supports ethical, accountable decision-making.

Yes — we can customise content to reflect your policies, branding, and real-world scenarios, and adjust depth to suit specific roles and organisational priorities.

What is your approach to capability and leadership development?
We design solutions grounded in real organisational context, focusing on judgement, influence, emotional intelligence, communication, and ethical decision-making in regulated environments.
How do your training sessions work?
Public sessions are delivered online via an interactive virtual classroom. Corporate groups can book face-to-face, blended, or fully online sessions tailored to organisational needs.
Delivery, Registration and Logistics
Do you record sessions?
For privacy reasons, live classes aren’t recorded. Participants receive key content snippets, slides, and study notes after the session.
How do I register for training or request a consultation?
Use our Contact Us page or WhatsApp button to tell us what you’re interested in, and we’ll guide you through upcoming sessions or schedule a consultation.
Legalities and getting in touch
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations ≥ 7 days before training: 50 % refund or one free reschedule.

Cancellations < 48 hours: no refund (transfer to another delegate allowed).

If VivaciousV cancels: choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and at least 15 days before the scheduled training date.
How is my personal information protected?
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties, in line with our privacy policy.

How do I make sure I don't miss a post?

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Discounts start at 10 % for groups of five or more delegates booked on the same course date. For quotes, email verena@vivaciousv.co.za with the number of learners and preferred dates.
Can you customise content for our company?
Absolutely. We can embed your internal policies, case studies and branding into the material and adjust the level of depth to suit different roles.
Do you register me for the RE exam if I attend training?
Exam registration is handled by accredited exam bodies (e.g., Moonstone). We’ll guide you through the process and provide the forms, but you’ll book and pay the exam fee directly. Moonstone operates computer‑based test centres in all major SA cities. The current fee is R1 300 per attempt (July 2025). This is separate from our training fee.
What happens if I fail the RE exam?
You can re‑write after 15 - 30 days. We offer a discounted 1‑hour coaching session to analyse your score breakdown and create a focused revision plan.
Are you a B-BBEE compliant supplier?
Yes. VivaciousV Learning Edge is a Level 4 B‑BBEE contributor (100% procurement recognition). A valid certificate is available on request.
What is your VAT status?
We are not currently VAT‑registered; all prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
