What is VivaciousV Learning Edge?

VivaciousV Learning Edge is a South African learning‑and‑development consultancy that delivers innovative, engaging training solutions to individuals and organisations.

Where are you based? Do you train nationally?

Our offices are in Blairgowrie, Randburg (Johannesburg), but all public courses can be delivered online, so professionals from anywhere in South Africa can attend. On‑site corporate workshops can also be arranged nationwide.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including:

  • Regulatory Exam preparation (RE1 and RE5)

  • Compliance and ethics training

  • Professional development for Compliance Officers and other individuals

  • Leadership training

  • Public speaking

  • Instructional design and eLearning services

  • Strategic learning and development consulting

Who is your training aimed at?

Scheduled public sessions (e.g., RE1/RE5) are delivered live online via an interactive virtual classroom. Corporate groups can book face‑to‑face or blended sessions on request.

What do I need to join an online session?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with audio, and the free Zoom/Teams application. Headphones are recommended for the best experience.

Do I get a certificate or CPD points?

A digital certificate of attendance is issued for all completed courses. Where applicable, we will supply supporting evidence for CPD submission to your professional body. (Currently, CPD accreditation is not automatic for RE courses.)

How do I book a seat?

Use the “Contact Us” tab to let us know what training you are interested in and we will send you more information on upcoming sessions and how to book your place.

How do I book a consultation for corporate training?

Use the “Contact Us” tab to let us know what training you are interested in and we will book a consultation with you to discuss your needs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Secure debit/credit‑card payments are processed at checkout. EFT can be arranged for corporate or group bookings — contact us at  verena@vivaciousv.co.za for details.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • Cancellations ≥ 7 days before training: 50 % refund or one free reschedule.

  • Cancellations < 48 hours: no refund (transfer to another delegate allowed).

  • If VivaciousV cancels: choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and at least 15 days before the scheduled training date.

How is my personal information protected?

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties, in line with our privacy policy.

Do you provide support after the course?

Absolutely. You'll receive access to electronic notes plus email support after any training course.

How do I get in touch?

Can I DM you on LinkedIn for support or bookings?

Yes. Our inbox is monitored during business hours (08:30–17:00 SAST). For private queries it’s still faster to email verena@vivaciousv.co.za.

How do I make sure I don't miss a post?

On the company page, click Following → Bell icon → All notifications. LinkedIn will then alert you each time we publish.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Discounts start at 10 % for groups of five or more delegates booked on the same course date. For quotes, email verena@vivaciousv.co.za with the number of learners and preferred dates.

Can you customise content for our company?

Absolutely. We can embed your internal policies, case studies and branding into the material and adjust the level of depth to suit different roles.

Do you register me for the RE exam if I attend training?

Exam registration is handled by accredited exam bodies (e.g., Moonstone). We’ll guide you through the process and provide the forms, but you’ll book and pay the exam fee directly. Moonstone operates computer‑based test centres in all major SA cities. The current fee is R1 226 per attempt (July  2025). This is separate from our training fee.

What happens if I fail the RE exam?

You can re‑write after 15 - 30 days. We offer a discounted 1‑hour coaching session to analyse your score breakdown and create a focused revision plan.

Are sessions recorded?

For privacy reasons live classes are not recorded. However, you’ll receive all slides and study notes.

Do you offer training in Afrikaans?

Public courses are in English. Afrikaans facilitation can be arranged for closed corporate groups (minimum 10 learners).

Are you a B-BBEE compliant supplier?

Yes. VivaciousV Learning Edge is a Level 4 B‑BBEE contributor (100% procurement recognition). A valid certificate is available on request.

What is your VAT status?

We are not currently VAT‑registered; all prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
